Domestic Delivery (within Japan)

Shipping Methods:

  • Japan Post (Yu-Pack), Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato), Sagawa Express
  • From the above, we will select the most suitable service.

Shipping Fees:

  • Estimated Japan Post (Yu-Pack) rates
    (Assuming one table lamp, approx. 1.5 kg)
    • Hokkaido / Tohoku: ¥1,000
    • Kanto / Shinetsu / Hokuriku / Chubu / Kansai / Chugoku / Shikoku / Kyushu / Okinawa: ¥1,500
    • Domestic shipping is free for orders over ¥10,000.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Approximately 5–10 business days from the date of order.

  • As products are made to order, shipping may be delayed depending on production and delivery conditions.


International Delivery (outside Japan)

Shipping Methods:

  • Japan Post (Express Mail Service – EMS), FedEx, DHL

  • For international shipping, we use WorldShopping BIZ.

Shipping Fees:

  • For deliveries outside Japan, EMS shipping fees generally apply.
    (The shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.)

  • EMS Shipping Fee Estimate (for one table lamp, approx. 1.5 kg):

    • China, Korea, Taiwan: approx. ¥2,500 (US$16.86)

    • Asia (excluding China, Korea, Taiwan): ¥3,500 (US$23.60)

    • Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: ¥5,000 (US$33.72)

    • Central & South America (excluding Mexico), Africa: ¥5,850 (US$39.45)

    • United States: ¥5,990 (US$40.39)

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Approximately 1–3 weeks from the date of order.

  • As products are made to order, shipping may be delayed depending on production and delivery conditions.


Taxes and Customs Duties

For deliveries within the United States, sales tax will be displayed at checkout.
For deliveries to Canada, additional costs such as government taxes, customs duties, and UPS brokerage fees may apply.
Since these fees are determined by customs and UPS upon delivery, the exact amount cannot be known in advance and must be borne by the customer. These fees vary depending on the order amount and the country/region.


If Products Are Damaged During Delivery

  • If products are damaged during delivery, we will send replacement items at no additional charge.

  • Please email images of the damage (e.g., damaged packaging, broken bulb, cracked lampshade, broken lamp base) to support@entoro.design .

  • Once we receive your email, we will promptly provide the necessary replacement items.
