Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, you may return unused and unprocessed products in their original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product by emailing support@entoro.design  with your order number and a brief explanation.
We will initiate the return process free of charge.
To help reduce waste, please return all products in their original packaging.

  • Regular Returns (*)
    For regular returns, we will refund the product price (shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable).
    * The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
  • Defective or Damaged Products
    In the case of defective or damaged products, we will refund both the product price and shipping costs (customs duties/fees are non-refundable).
  • Exclusions
    • Returns cannot be accepted for products damaged due to accident, misuse, modification, or improper installation.
    • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.

To Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please email support@entoro.design  with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (brief explanation)

After confirmation, we will provide you with all necessary items such as shipping instructions and return labels.
Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund process.

Refunds

Approximate delivery time for returns to arrive at our facility:

  • Returns from within Japan: 3–5 days
  • Returns from overseas: about 1–2 weeks
  • Inspection and processing will take 5–7 business days.

As soon as the return is inspected, a refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.
* It may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 16 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact support@entoro.design.

If the Product is Damaged or Incorrect

We’re sorry. If the product is damaged or the item you received is different from your order, please contact us via email at support@entoro.design.

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if possible)

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, to receive the desired product more quickly, we recommend placing a new order.
You may then return the original product for a refund.
Please note that our return policy only accepts returns within 30 days of product delivery.
